2023: Hon. Danga, Hon. Skinner on Door-to-Door Campaign

In a bid to establish good rapport with the electorates within Okehi Local Government Area of Kogi State, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate for House of Representative, Okehi/Adavi federal constituency, Hon. Abdulmaleek Abdulraheem Danga along with the House of Assembly Candidate, Okehi Constituency, Hon. Siyaka Onivehu embarked on a door-to- door campaign.

Accompanied by the ward leaders, supporters the candidates stressed the need for them to effectively participate in the forthcoming general election by voting for the PDP candidates.

Hon. Danga said the only way to change the present narrative in the area is to vote for all PDP candidates, from the Presidential to Senators, House of Representatives and the state House of Assembly candidates. 

He also assured the electorates that their sufferings under the poor administration of the All Progressive Congress (APC) led government will soon come to an end with the PDP candidates coming on board. 

Reiterating that the candidates of the PDP were carefully elected based on their good track records of achievements in their previous positions and endeavors.

Hon. Skinner told his people that the incoming PDP led administration will bring amenities such as good roads, portable and safe drinking water, sustainable healthcare, functional and affordable education, which form the fulcrum around which quality of life revolves in any society.

While lamenting the poor living conditions of the people of Okehi and Kogi central in general, the candidates said Okehi people have been landlocked for years with no health facilities, pipe borne water and educational facilities, resulting in reduced academic activities in both primary and secondary schools in the area.

All major problems were promised to be fulfill if they are voted in.

The masses also laments about the poor governance of the present led government and pledge to make use of their PVC to exercise their electoral right in a peaceful way to elect all PDP candidates.

The PDP ward leaders also explained why the need of door-to-door campaign, is to solicit votes to increase PDP support.

It is our belief that nobody will know the personality, competence and experience of our PDP candidates without electing them to lead the state and the nation at large.
