Whoever Doesn't Vote the Anointed Aspirants will be Sanctioned, Says Okene Administrator
The Administrator of Okene Local Government, Abdulrazaq Muhammad has been quoted to have threatened delegates of the All Progressives Congress in the local government who are intending to vote for aspirants other than the ones endorsed by the Governor of the State, Yahaya Bello.
Muhammad said this at a stakeholder meeting held at the council on Tuesday, where he instructed a strict adherence to the choice of aspirants endorsed by the party leaders.
Media aide to the council Boss, Abdulmumin Abubakar quoted Muhammad to have listed the anointed aspirants to include Oseni Yakubu for Senate, Tijani Damisa for House of Representative (Okene/Ogori Magongo), Lawi Ahmed for Okene I Constituency and Ahmed Dahiru for State Assembly Okene II constituency.
He then appealed to other aspirants whom the party leadership did not favour to be patient and continue to show respect and loyalty to the party.
