Appeal Court Victory: Ahovi Political Network Congratulate Gov Ododo, Describes victory as good omen for democracy

The All Progressives Congress leading Youth support group under the auspices of Ahovi Political Network has congratulated the chief executive governor of Kogi State,His Excellency, Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo on the affirmation  of the decision of Kogi State election petition tribunal as duly elected governor of the state by the judgement of the appeal court today .

The chairman of the group,Hon.Ahovi Abdulmalik Steve while reacting to the judgement of the appeal court affirming the mandate of the incumbent governor described the verdict as a good omen for our democracy 

Hon.Ahovi disclosed that the SDP and her candidate, Muri are just wasting their time because the election follows the lay down electoral process; emphasized that the will of the people exercised through the ballot box cannot be upturned through emotions,propoganda and lies

The people have spoken and the appeal court judgement affirming the decision of the election petition tribunal is a clear  signal of Ododo's legitimate government won on the alter of credible, transparent,free and fare election

He said, judiciary has once again proved to be unbias, independent and dispense justice base on fact rather than emotions

He maintains that the judgement of the appealate court that validate the the mandate of governor Ododo is a good omen that'll help our democracy to thrive and also reteirate our confidence in the judicial as the last hope of the common man

The good people of the state who cast their votes to the incumbent governor will continue to defend their mandate as the legal battle continue to the supreme court and we're very optimistic that the the apex court will surely uphold the judgements of both tribunal and the appeal court in the defence of justice, and democracy 

The entire political organisation congratulate the results oriented governor,the progressive party and the entire state on this land mark victory

The governor will not be distracted as he'll continue to provide dividend of democracy to the people.
