Omokiri Slams Buhari For Lack Of Transparency Over Medical Trip Bills
Reno Omokri, an ex-aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, has slammed President Muhammadu Buhari for lack of transparency over the money the president paid for his
medical trip to the United Kingdom.
In his statement, Omokiri asked Buhari to tell the public how much of Nigeria's money he used on medicals during the trip to London.
Omokiri, in a tweets on Friday, March 31
said President Buhari has failed to 'walk the talk' on his campaign for transparency in governance.
"Buhari is a servant of the people and is accountable to them. Failure to disclose how much he paid for his medicals from Nigeria's funds during vacation to the United Kingdom is plain wrong." Omokiri said
